Throwback Thursday: Celebrating a Long Term Relationship with Enjoy Church
For more than 17 years now, we’ve been privileged to work with the team at Enjoy Church, led by Senior Pastors Shane and Georgie Baxter. From a single congregation in Melbourne West, the church has grown to over 15 locations across Australia, Cambodia and Japan.
Throughout this time, we have partnered with the Enjoy Church team to design and install new campuses, as well as facilitate upgrades for its other locations, and provide equipment and personnel for events and conferences. Whether for a flagship auditorium build, or a mobile campus system, we’ve partnered closely with the church to make considered decisions when investing in new equipment, whilst ensuring that the technical systems installed fulfilled the growing vision of the church.
Making gear and budgets go the extra mile
We’re big believers in providing long-term solutions, and we know that purchasing new gear isn’t always the way forward. Our crew has come alongside Enjoy Church time and again, to find ways to re-purpose the equipment replaced when upgrading a campus.
In 2019 Enjoy Melbourne West, the largest of the church campuses, upgraded its PA to a world-class NEXO STM Line Array system. Both our team and the team at Enjoy saw the opportunity to repurpose the existing but still capable Nexo GeoS12 line array system, initially commissioned in 2009, to bolster the church’s rapidly growing campuses. Three locations – Melbourne East, Melton, and Ballarat, would each receive a split of the GeoS12 system, all expertly installed by our team to provide optimal audio coverage of each unique space.
In a single investment of resources, Enjoy was able to bring significant improvements to better serve not just one, but four of their congregations.
This is just one example of how we have partnered with the Church, serving each unique need without blowing the budget. We look forward to championing this incredible ministry for many years to come, as they continue to spread the gospel across the globe.
