GOODLIFE NEWCASTLE COMPLETES PHASE 2
We are all about custom solutions, and after consulting with Goodlife Church, Forefront was able to formulate a staged approach to upgrading their existing framework. We always encourage formulating a long-term plan to avoid your setup and equipment becoming redundant down the track and to allow for future expansion.
Installations
Stage 1 of this install was all about the drapes! Such a small change can have a huge impact on the space. After measuring up, we had a custom drape created to suit the unusual roofline.
Stage 2 entailed installing truss and rigging bars for their Lighting and Video Systems. We also ran lighting DMX and power distribution to these bars.
The lighting fixtures included 5 x Pro Light Eclipse LED Fresnels, and 12 x Pixapanel Quad 18 LED Pars.

“They’re amazing, the build quality, the optics and the LED engine are all so well built. True, even colour temperature control from 3k to 10k is just incredible and the quality of light really reveals itself on the church’s video records/streams. Youth on Friday night also love the fact they are also full colour.”
We were also able to repurpose their existing LED fresnels as key lighting from behind, to make the speaker really “pop” on camera.

Zoom Conference – Hire
During high Covid restrictions in NSW, Goodlife decided not to simply cancel this year’s conference, but instead hold a conference via Zoom.
We supplied 2 x 4.5 x 2m Pixapanel E3 LED Screens and all the infrastructure required to run a Zoom call for the conference duration. The LED screens were placed in the “Congregation” facing the stage. Conference attendees called in via Zoom and could see the speakers, while the speakers could see live who they were speaking to.
We also supplied a split of the in-house audio and ran a dedicated broadcast mix via a Digico SD8 console and Waves Extreme Server.
